Mark Schultz is one of the most respected artists in comics. At one point, he won the Harvey award for best artist 3 out of 4 years. In recent years, he has slowed his comic work in order to write more comics & take time to do more traditional illustration. As this is written, he is completing a volume of illustrations for the Conan stories of Robert E. Howard & it looks great. Mark is one of the few artists out there who can do it all. He can pencil, ink, & paint with the best & can draw anything from intricate machinery to sexy women & handsome men, to fearsome dinosaurs. He is probably my favorite living artist.
